Olga is a highly experienced attorney who has been practicing law in Curaçao since 2009, after graduating from Radboud University in Nijmegen, The Netherlands. She specializes in corporate law, real estate, construction, liability, and contract law, as well as in financial criminal law. Her broad expertise allows her to provide comprehensive and strategic legal advice to both local and international clients. Olga’s practice is based in Curaçao, but also extends to other Caribbean islands, including Aruba, Sint Maarten, and Bonaire, as well as to other international jurisdictions.
Leo F. Delfgaauw
ATTORNEY & TAX CONSULTANT
Gradueted from Leiden University (The Netherlands) in corporate law in 1981 and specialized in tax law in 1983 he worked as tax inspector since 1983. Since April 1988 he practiced as tax consultant and since 1997 also as attorney at law. In that year he started visiting and working also on Curaçao and occasionally Aruba. Olga and Leo first met in 2013. They worked together in various cases in The Netherlands and Curaçao. After finishing his activities in the Netherlands he moved to Curaçao in early 2024. Olga and Leo joined forces in January 2025 and founded Kostrzewski Delfgaauw, Legal & Tax
